Our bees have access to some of the most diverse and unique plant species in Australia. The honey produced in the Tweed Valley results in a complex and nuanced flavour profile. There are floral notes that reflect the surrounding landscape and plant species - ridge lines to gullies and valleys to escarpments. This season’s harvest is light and buttery with delicate floral undertones.
SUGGESTED USES - Perfect on hot buttered toast on a cold morning, added to your morning smoothie, drizzled over yoghurt or ricotta, and stirred through roasted sticky carrots and chickpeas.
